We’ve been calling it God Particle, but the truth is, the title of the upcoming Cloverfield movie, the 3rd in a loosely connected franchise, doesn’t have an official name. God Particle was a working title, one that alludes to a new energy source at the center of the film’s plot. Today, however, the astute folks at Screen Rant seem to have uncovered the actual title!

While not announced officially through Paramount or Bad Robot Productions, the intel seems solid. If true, this means the upcoming Cloverfield movie, slated for release on April 20th, it titled Cloverfield Station.
Per Screen Rant:
Ray Xu, a lighting artist at Moving Picture Company (MPC) has listed Cloverfield Station as one of his credits on LinkedIn. Based on the dates provided and narrative links, the best conclusion is that this is the new name of God Particle. This isn’t official confirmation, of course, but is nevertheless a strong suggestion.
Whether or not Xu accidentally spilled the beans remains to be seen. Either way, we can expect a trailer and official announcement at some point in the not-too-distant future. Stay tuned!
