Shane Black insists his hotly anticipated film The Predator isn’t a direct sequel to any of the previous films; still, he’s promised his adaptation on the series will at least reference all previous chapters, even the spun-off AvP movies. This fact, along with the introduction of a 10-foot beast in the trailers dubbed the “Upgraded Predator” have spawned some interesting fan conjecture.
