A couple weeks back, we showed you a couple pictures that had leaked off the set of Shane Black’s Predator reboot, The Predator; they showed humans and Predators riding a tank together, insinuating there will be some aliens fighting alongside humans against a mutual enemy (obviously, a bigger & badder breed of interstellar hunters!). Yesterday, AvPGalaxy.net scored some a couple more leaked pics, and these take us inside The Predator’s new spaceship.
Behold, The Ark! [Featured Image & Below]
According to Alien vs. Predator Galaxy’s sources, The Predator contains several Predator spaceships. The set (and door) we’re seeing here are likely from a vessel known as The Ark in the script. The Ark plays a massive role in the film and is home to a variety of strange creatures that the film’s heroes, The Loonies, will come up against.

We still don’t have a trailer or synopsis for The Predator, as producers are keeping key plot points in the vault. We don’t even have an official poster yet!
The sizable ensemble cast includes Thomas Jane, Jake Busey, Sterling K. Brown, Trevante Rhodes, Boyd Holbrook, Jacob Tremblay, Olivia Munn, Keegan-Michael Key, and Augusto Aguilera (and not Arnold Schwarzenegger *wink*wink*).Of course, we’ll keep you posted whenever new Predator details emerge, so check back often. In the meantime, check out the trailer and synopsis for the original Predator, released in 1987, below.
In the original Predator (Official Synopsis): Dutch (Arnold Schwarzenegger), a soldier of fortune, is hired by the U.S. government to secretly rescue a group of politicians trapped in Guatemala. But when Dutch and his team, which includes weapons expert Blain (Jesse Ventura) and CIA agent George (Carl Weathers), land in Central America, something is gravely wrong. After finding a string of dead bodies, the crew discovers they are being hunted by a brutal creature with superhuman strength and the ability to disappear into its surroundings.
Ironically, director Shane Black had a bit-part in Predator, alongside Schwarzenegger. He played Hawkins who was, unfortunately, the aggressive alien’s first kill.
