The Cloverfield Paradox, produced by J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions, divided fans of the franchise, but the lauded filmmaker isn’t dwelling in the past. In a recent interview, Abrams gushed over the next Cloverfield movie, a WWII zombie horror currently dubbed Overlord.
Per Digital Spy:
“Overlord … first of all it’s something that I can’t wait for you to see cause the director, Julius Avery, has done an amazing job on it,” [Abrams] said. “But the specifics, you know, we should wait and see. But that’s really a crazy movie.”
