Fred Dekker, who co-wrote the upcoming Predator reboot with Shane Black, let his Facebook followers know that reshoots have commenced on the film up in Canada. Those fearing this will delay the already twice-postponed film can rest assured; Dekker promises the film will arrive in theaters for its scheduled September 14th release.

The update included a behind-the-scenes set picture of a secret military installation. Have a look-see:
“Hello, all. Currently in Vancouver shooting some touch-ups for our little movie. I can’t tell you what’s beyond this fence… except to say the body count is alarming.”
The Predator’s sizable ensemble cast includes Thomas Jane, Jake Busey, Trevante Rhodes, Boyd Holbrook, Jacob Tremblay, Olivia Munn, Keegan-Michael Key, and Augusto Aguilera (and not Arnold Schwarzenegger *wink*wink*).
In the original Predator (Official Synopsis): Dutch (Arnold Schwarzenegger), a soldier of fortune, is hired by the U.S. government to secretly rescue a group of politicians trapped in Guatemala. But when Dutch and his team, which includes weapons expert Blain (Jesse Ventura) and CIA agent George (Carl Weathers), land in Central America, something is gravely wrong. After finding a string of dead bodies, the crew discovers they are being hunted by a brutal creature with superhuman strength and the ability to disappear into its surroundings.
Ironically, director Shane Black had a bit-part in Predator, alongside Schwarzenegger. He played Hawkins who was, unfortunately, the aggressive alien’s first kill.
