The sequel to Guillermo del Toro’s 2013 kaiju movie, Pacific Rim: Uprising, hit theaters across the US last Friday; and while it’s hardly receiving the accolades the first Pacific Rim received, it’s nonetheless proving a compelling and entertaining romp. Of course, there’s a lot going on (especially towards the film’s conclusion) so it’s easy to miss some key details.
