Jamie Lee Curtis shared another photo of herself reprising the role of Laurie Strode on the set of Blumhouse’s Halloween reboot, currently filming in South Carolina—one that seems to reveal the ultimate fate of the character first introduced in John Carpenter’s Halloween almost 40 years ago.

Official Synopsis: Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.
Blumhouse’s Halloween is aiming for an October 19th release date. In addition to Curtis, the film also features original Shape actor Nick Castle reprising the role of Michael Myers. Other cast members include Judy Greer, Virginia Gardner, Miles Robbins, Will Patton, and Andi Matichak. The film is directed by David Gordon Green from a script he co-scribed with his frequent collaborator Danny McBride.
