Negan (played by Jeffery Dean Morgan) isn’t just the most compelling villain we’ve met on The Walking Dead TV series, he’s one of the most unnerving and disturbing antagonists ever imagined; a ruthless leader with a genuine penchant towards violence. In the comic book series, created by Robert Kirkman, Negan remains a prominent character for years to come. So why are many fans predicting he’ll be offed sometime this season?
In the video below from IGN, the narrator discusses “Negan Fatigue”, a term given to fans’ dwindling appreciation for the King Savior. In last Sunday’s episode, Big Scary U, Negan gave a “confession” to Father Gabriel (Seth Gilliam). Was this his “death speech”?
