Following two successful runs, The Walker Stalker Cruise is setting sail for a 3rd voyage into the zombie apocalypse in 2018! The event kicks off from New Orleans on January 26th on a loop through Cozumel, Mexico before concluding on the 30th. For those not familiar with the name, Walker Stalker is a traveling convention that celebrates everything related to The Walking Dead (the series on AMC and the comic developed by Robert Kirkman). The events always feature celebrity appearances and panels with cast members and producers.
Anyone who has attended comic and/or horror convention knows that some of the best fun comes from meeting and interacting with other genre fanatics, and partying heartily in the evenings. This makes setting the convention on a cruise ship not only practical but a stroke of fucking genius. Talk about a “Safe Haven”! Here’s the basic rundown for the Walker Stalker Cruise 2018. (Source)
