Everyone is gaga over Alien: Covenant these days. Ridley Scott’s Alien-prequel/Prometheus-sequel is slated for US Theatrical release on May 19th, and the internet has been awash with incredible trailers, images, and even a 5-minute “Prologue”. But while we’re all chomping at the bit to see some bloody Xenomorph dismemberment, there’s another Scott-produced project set for a limited theatrical release on April 21st.
Phoenix Forgotten is based on the most infamous mass UFO sighting in American history. On March 13th, 1997, thousands of people (thousands!) witnessed a triangular formation of lights hovering over the skies of Phoenix, Nevada and Sonora, Mexico. The event was widely documented on video and reported nationally and internationally on major news networks.
