Following the turbulent roll-out of Jeepers Creepers 3 has been interesting and frustrating, as information was released and contradicted or amended on several occasions. We heard the film would be released over Labor Day Weekend, but (obviously) it won’t be; there was an advanced screening that was sold out but canceled over threats of protest; a one-night screening was announced for 9/26 but retracted by sources close to the film only to have that retraction retracted.

We support everyone who chooses to boycott this film but will continue to bring interested readers unbiased reporting.]
Even the name of the film has been the source of confusion. For years a 3rd Jeepers Creepers movie was rumored to be subtitled Cathedral and was said to take place both in the past and future, but this is not the film being released. To quell confusion, producers dropped the subtitle and gave the film a less descriptive moniker: Jeepers Creepers 3. Now, as promotion for the one-night screening is in full-effect, several media outlets are reporting that JC3 is now officially dubbed Jeepers Creepers 3: Ravenous.
