Regular readers of Horror Freak News may recall how impressed I was with 2016’s Channel Zero on Syfy. The premiere season of the creepypasta-inspired anthology series focused on Candle Cove, an internet horror story conceived by Kris Straub in 2009. Channel Zero return to Syfy tonight for a brand-new season; this time, the plot is inspired by the No-End House creepypasta, originally created by Brian Russell. Check out the trailers and synopsis below.
Official Synopsis: The Channel Zero anthology series continues with a new story. Inspired by Brian Russell’s Creepypasta tale, Channel Zero: No-End House tells the story of a young woman named Margot Sleator, played by Amy Forsyth, who visits the No-End House, a bizarre house of horrors that consists of a series of increasingly disturbing rooms. When she returns home, Margot realizes everything has changed. Nick Antosca will return as executive producer, showrunner, and writer for the second installment of the series alongside executive producer Max Landis. In addition to Forsyth, series will star John Carroll Lynch and Luisa D’Oliveira.
If you’d like to get familiar with the source material, immerse yourself in the original No-End House with the video below; it’s narrated by Rob Dyke of Chilling Tales for Dark Nights and it definitely delivers the creeps.
