While there’s definitely a huge crossover between Horror Freaks and sci-fi fans, the Star Wars franchise has always been just a bit too saccharine for our tastes; from George Lucas’s misguided prequels to the Disney’s current resurgence, we’ve left the reporting to the other sites. Of course, if there was more good stuff like this deleted scene out there, we could very easily be influenced by the Force.

In [the] newly-found deleted scene from Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Unkar Plutt (Simon Pegg) confronts Rey (Daisy Ridley) for not selling him the droid BB-8, until her new furry BFF Chewbacca steps in and rips Plutt’s arm off in self-defense. It’s kind of awesome.
Yes, we agree! If J.J. Abrams went more in the horror direction, he could have opened his film to a whole new segment of society (talking about us Horror Freaks, of course!). Let’s see more of that Dark Side!
