When Nick Castle returns to the big screen in Halloween 2018, reprising his iconic portrayal of Michael Myers, the actor will be 70-years-old. Myers himself will be in his 60s, as he was 21 back in 1978 when the original Halloween shocked and enthralled audiences. So, should we expect a slower, more fragile Myers in October? I doubt it!

For his part, Castle has begun a calisthenics routine in advance of filming, which is rumored to begin in January. In the video below, we see The Shape on a treadmill!

The current Halloween reboot brewing at Blumhouse (with David Gordon Green directing from a script he co-wrote with Danny McBride) is slated to hit theaters in time for the original Halloween’s 40th Anniversary on October 19th.
